Who we are
We believe every young person deserves the chance to thrive — even if the classroom wasn’t the right fit. Our program is built for 16–18 year olds who are ready to discover their strengths, build confidence, and create a future they’re excited about.
Over three years, we combine hands-on trade experience, life skills, and personal growth to help young people find their direction.
Year 1: Discover
Students explore eight different trades, spending six weeks in each. They gain real-world experience, build a portfolio, and uncover what truly inspires them — all while developing confidence and practical life skills.
Years 2 & 3: Specialise
With their path clear, students dive deeper into their chosen trade, earning Lantra Awards-accredited qualifications and gaining meaningful industry experience that sets them up for life.
Our goal is simple: to guide young people towards a future where they can succeed, feel proud of their work, and make a difference.
